Immigration Law

The immigration law practice at Martin Pringle developed in response to requests from our business clients for assistance in obtaining proper immigration status for professionals and employees from abroad. Since undertaking this work, the firm has seen a steady growth in its immigration law practice.

The Wichita area has very few lawyers who may claim experience in this area, making this practice more valuable to our clients. The lawyer who heads this practice area for Martin Pringle is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Helping employers hire and retain foreign professionals and employees is a significant part of Martin Pringle's immigration practice. Our firm has the experience to obtain the necessary documentation to bring foreign job applicants into the country for interviews, including non-immigrant visas to cover the anticipated length of employment and immigrant visas for professionals and employees, and to counsel individuals through the process of obtaining American citizenship. Intra-company transfers are also a part of the services we provide for our international business clients.

Our firm's immigration attorney has also developed compliance programs to ensure that businesses stay within the law in their hiring and document procedures. The firm handles immigration matters for a variety of business clients, medical professionals, families, students, executives, academicians, and professional athletes.

Because each immigration matter is unique, we take the time to determine the best approach to meet the desired result for the client. At the client's preference, the firm can either take complete control of an immigration matter, or review the documents which the client has already prepared. We can audit procedures and assist the client with I-9 and other documentation issues.
